Offering yoga at work is beneficial to all. The participants will get a well-deserved break during their busy day and return to work with an increased focus, more creativity and a sense of renewed energy. Stress, calling in sick and burn-out will decrease.
As Breathing Break Yoga comes to you, you don’t have to rush to an evening yoga class. It’s already done – at work.
