About us

Based in the tantric hatha yoga we focus deeply on the breath. From having the very source of life running on autopilot, to a sense of being present and breathing intentionally. By simply becoming more aware of the breath we can control certain mechanisms in the body – allowing us to learn how to better cope with the stress and feel more motivated and efficient during our busy days.
A class with Breathing Break Yoga will introduce us to breathing mindfully, moving in harmony with our breath, meditating on your breath and learning to breathe our way into the present moment, the here and now – which, in turn, will lead to increased productivity in our daily lives.
